Running dizziness from airpod pro?

I have had two runs with my new airpod pros where I had to stop due to dizziness. Now I also take blood pressure medication so that could factor in. However I ran same time of days for a decade with same medication and wired earphones with no issue. I run with the noise cancellation off so I can hear traffic

any thoughts. I did not own the prior generation of AirPods so this is my first experience with them

Noise cancelling features can affect balance in some people, but with it off I can only speculate. I'd try a short distance with only one AirPod in and see what happens. It could be the way in which the device coordinates timing between the headphones is affecting you (I don't this would be likely but some people are very sensitive to even the slightest difference in receipt of sound that isn't quite in stereo).

Short of that, I'd either take the AirPods back, or see an audiologist.
