Beats Studio 3’s AND AirPods are louder in one ear, and having disconnecting problems…

So I got some Beats Studio 3’s for my birthday on September 14th. I haven’t even had them for 2 months, but for some reason they are disconnecting from my phone for no reason. I’ll be playing music, and then the music pauses, and disconnects from my phone (I have an iPhone 11 Pro I’ve had for a while). I didn’t think much of it until they recently started to be louder in my right ear, and the left side was muffled and quiet. I thought it was just a connection issue, so I restarted my headphones, restarted my phone, and even reset the headphones… still happening. I thought I had just gotten some bad headphones, BUTH THEN I remembered; this problem was happening to some AirPods I had gotten a while back too!!

when I got my AirPods the same thing started happening. First it would disconnect one ear, if not both AirPods for no reason. Then they started to be louder in one ear, the SAME EXACT problem my beats are having. I haven’t used my AirPods because I thought they were just broken. They would be full charge, and just… stop. No reason for it. Just disconnecting whenever it wanted. Does anybody know a solution to this other than just getting a new phone? I’ve tried to go to the audio adjustment setting and sliding the bar more to the left, but when I turn them off, then back on it basically resets and is even louder in the right and quieter in the left… I have no idea what to do and I’m completely lost at this point… does anybody know what to do?
