Is there a trash bin to recover Deleted items?

Depends on the items. Notes and Photos have a recently deleted folder / album you can access to recover recently deleted items.

Other things may not have this feature.

@frazzm, no such thing as a trash bin on an iPhone or iCloud even. The Trash bin only exists on macOS.

You can check for recently deleted items by clicking on the Trash Bin. Only deleted items that have not been permanently deleted will appear there and can be returned to their original locations. If they have been permanently deleted, they are gone forever.
