Apple One assistance

I want to move to Apple One family plan. Four members of my family. We currently have Music, TV, and storage for 2 family members on one Apple ID. We currently have iCloud for the remaining 2 members off another Apple ID. How do upgrade to Apple One and get storage combined cleanly?
