I forgot my old iCloud password and I want to use my watch on my new iphone

Hello I recently upgraded my iPhone to a 11 pro max I haven’t used my 3 series watch in like over a year, I’m trying to pair my watch with my phone but it saying to put in my iCloud password to an iCloud I don’t even use any more.. what can I do

If you forgot the Apple ID (iCloud) password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get a Rescue or Notification email option if necessary. Link to contact Apple Support at the end of the 2nd article.
