How do I update my software using my mobile data instead of WiFi?

Unless you have an iPhone 12 or 13 with 5G, you don't.

There are plenty of places that provide free WiFi, coffee shops, fast food, etc. Go there or go to an Apple store and ask to use one of their computers to update. Or as ka friend who has a computer if you can use it.
