Unable to check for update .. cannot reset
I have tried multiple times to bring my watch back online. I cannot check for updates even though I am connected to the internet

If you tried all these steps:
If you see 'Unable to Verify Update' when updating Apple Watch - Apple Support
then I suggest you make an appointment at the Genius Bar in an Apple Store near you and let them look at it. If that is not possible, then use the online Apple Support option. Either way:
