I have an iPhone 12 and have noticed that when I playback videos, the video often flickers (does not play back smoothly).
has anyone else got/had this problem?
Any ideas regarding how to fix the problem?

For example, does this happen with all videos, or some? Which app or apps are you using when you notice the behavior? Does this occur both with downloaded, and streaming video?
