Special characters on iPad Pro smart keyboard
How do I type the little hat symbol? I need it for passwords so I don’t want it over a character or letter, just on its own.

On the US keyboard, you just type Shift 6, ^. But if you are using something else, you need to tell us what language or keyboard layout, as there are dozens of different ones.
If you are using US International PC, it is Shift 6 then space. ^
