iphone Order online did not work

The iphone 12 purchase online at apple.com/in did not succeed but the amount is debited from my account and order is not created. Whom to contact to look in to this and provide some feedback to improve certain categories. Unfortunately customer care could not help much with their limitation.


Also the Apple feedback section does not contain the category to report a sales issue. Please advise

Apple does not actually charge until the order is shipped; they do, however, place an authorization hold to make sure the payment method is valid. So, is that what you are seeing? I'd check this link and/or do a chat with the online store to speak to someone about it - we are all other users here and have no access to accounts.

There is no feedback category for sales issues - you can address that while sorting out the problem.
