Script to fill pages template from numbers database

I have created multiple forms within numbers on my iPad Pro that populate a master database. I would like selected data from this database to fill certain information within a template document. This document is currently a separate numbers document however I could easily make this a table within pages.

Essentially I would like to enter an ID number into the table and then the rest of the corresponding information (address, date of birth, etc) from the master database fills in the other cells.

I hope this makes sense. I’m very new to scripting so any help would be greatly appreciated. I would like to run this all will be in my iPad Pro.

For example we have three tables (Department, Project Management, Project Risk Management) and we first want to select Department, then the specific department i.e. Operations (or Project Management) and afterwards a specific sub-task e.g. Project Risk Management. It’s mandatory that this is cascaded from Table A, to B, to C (Example). How can this be done within Numbers? I am open for questions and can post pictures if required.
