Backup iPhone SE

iPhone SE, I have tried many times to backup but it’s not working. No message about needing more storage. I close out all apps and set it to backup and hit the power button once to lock the screen. Nada. Any ideas?

You could try using another WiFi network as suggested in here. If that doesn’t work, then contact Apple Support using the link below.

If you can't back up to iCloud - Apple Support


If a message says that your last backup couldn't be completed

  1. Check that you're connected to Wi-Fi.
  2. Ensure that your device is up to date.
  3. Try to back up on another Wi-Fi network.
  4. If you still need help, contact Apple Support.
