Apple watch - International Warranty
When I buy an Apple Watch SE in the US and travel to another country, do I still
have the Apple warranty?

Actually it depends.
If you bought the GPS-only Apple Watch warranty is international since its the same model everywhere in the world.
If you bought the GPS+Cellular Model, then warranty will only be valid in the country of purchase.Since the Cellular portion is region specific.
Traveling for a holiday will not invalidate the warranty, however Apple Service centers in the other country may not have a way to repair or replace a GPS+Cellular model bought outside the country so may not accept it for warranty service.
