Why dont have internet ?

Hey!


I update my iphone 12 mini device for IOS 15 and i dont have mobile internet.

I had internet when my software is IOS 14

I have data sim . The data sim apn is "net".

My mobile service provider : Telenor HU (Hungary)


Why dont have mobile internet ??

Telenor Hungary claims there is a compatibility issue with IOS15 and they are working on it with Apple, whatever that means. Telenor Hungary suggests to set your device to 3G and not 4G/LTE.


An email from their Technical department said:

"On Apple devices, there is a known issue, the data roaming does not work with Telenor SIM cards on 4G networks, since the iOS 15 update. We reported the problem to the manufacturer,

the problem is already being fixed. For the meantime we recommend you to use 3G technologies abroad."
