I update my iphone 12 mini device for IOS 15 and i dont have mobile internet.
I had internet when my software is IOS 14
I have data sim . The data sim apn is "net".
My mobile service provider : Telenor HU (Hungary)
Why dont have mobile internet ??

Telenor Hungary claims there is a compatibility issue with IOS15 and they are working on it with Apple, whatever that means. Telenor Hungary suggests to set your device to 3G and not 4G/LTE.
An email from their Technical department said:
"On Apple devices, there is a known issue, the data roaming does not work with Telenor SIM cards on 4G networks, since the iOS 15 update. We reported the problem to the manufacturer,
the problem is already being fixed. For the meantime we recommend you to use 3G technologies abroad."

My mobile service provider told me if i use iphone with IOS 15 and i have Data card ( not simple sim) . I dont have mobile internet because IOS 15 and the carrier bundle is not connect when i use APN : NET.
That is very strange. I'd suggest you go to a Telenor store and ask them to help you.
Don't know if future iOS updates will fix the problem. They might push a so called carrier update and get it fixed that way? I don't know.

Hello ~ If that is in fact the issue you will have to work that out with your carrier. Try this and if no help get back with your carrier:

Carrier customer service told me the Apple and Telenor HU(my carrier ).They work together and fix the problem.
when will the error be fixed?
