The WiFi service does not turn on

WiFi suddenly turns off when working with the Internet, after which it does not turn on. Sometimes a reboot helps. After updating or changing the operating system to Mojave, the WiFi service works fine, it does not turn off for about 1-2 months. After that, the problems reappear. I attach a video recording of the screen. The video shows Catalina OS has now been updated to BigSur the problem has not disappeared

Intermittent hardware issues are extremely hard to diagnose —

You can try and run the user Diagnostic...not as definitive as Apple's own AST2 (Apple Service Toolkit) back bench diagnostic, but may kick out an error code.

Use Apple Diagnostics to test your Mac

If no resolve—In or out of warranty you can get a free over the counter 'Apple Service Diagnostics' test /assessment
