iPhone 12 Pro Max Instagram stories top portion is missing

I have been facing this issue on your iPhone 12 Pro Max since iOS 15 update. The top portion of the story in Instagram which shows the tab numbers of photos or videos in a story is missing. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the application. I tried reporting Instagram. I even tried turning off and on the phone. Please help me with this issue.
