Instagram Iphone11 issue

Appears my instagram has changed in that all photos are appearing large and the posts text is appearing on the image. I cannot see the full post and have to click on the comment button to view the message and other peoples messages. I have tried deleting the app and loading again but problem remains.

Any ideas as to what the issue can be? I have an IPhone 11.
