Multiple Bluetooth Connections

Would the microphones still work when using the shared audio function? For example, if, when using the share audio function, a phone call comes in, would both sets of headphones be able to talk through their individual mics? This is for an iPad 8th Gen.

Is there anyway to use one wired headphone and only connect one wireless headphone to share audio? Trying to share audio from an iPhone with a wired headphone connection to another iPhone with wireless headphones.

No. Only one mic will work.
