My Mac is making a fan noise and it won’t charge or show me a battery?
My Mac is making a fan sound and when I plug the charging cord into the charging port it will not light up and charge what do I need to do?

If the fan(s) are running at high speed, then it usually means there is a temperature sensor issue. Try running the Apple Diagnostics which may identify the sensor and confirm the issue. You can try an SMC Reset (Intel Mac only), but most likely you will need to have the Mac repaired.
