Different charges from Apple
I’m being charged different charges everything I add my card to Apple and it’s charging me 18.97

Great question, Kylo0925! Have you checked your purchase history to double check the transaction isn't coming from your Apple ID? You can check your purchase history by going into your Settings > clicking your name at the top > Click Media & Purchases > Click View Account > Click on Purchase History.
