Auto correct Were and we’re texting

I have an SE and turned off autocorrectiion and predictive. But it still turns were into we’re everytime. It just did it now. Please advice. Yes i restarted my phone. Yes i put it into keyboard corrections.autocorrection.

In addition to automatically correcting your spelling as you type using Autocorrect, your iPhone will learn words you use frequently. This feature shines when you frequently use a proper name, but the process can also result in certain words with similar spellings, such as were and we're, being inadvertently changed to the other. You can stop this from occurring by clearing your keyboard dictionary under Settings > General > Reset > Reset Keyboard Dictionary.
