I've seen several websites and YouTube that illustrate codes that can be used to determine if my iphone has been tapped and some unknown and possibly mysterious person has access to all of my iphone information.

My wife knows all of my passwords. There is no spyware app. Change your password. You may need to discuss privacy issues with her.
If she knows all of your passcodes, she can log into iCloud and see everything you have on your phone.
If I change my Apple ID password will that prevent further spying or if she has already download a spy wear app there is no way of knowing?
