Did your leather case get darker 3-4 months?

I bought a iphone 12 brown leather case and it start to get darker from corners in 3-4 months. The case was looking so old in 5 months. Also i was careful to use and didnt clean with cosmetics. But iphone service in Turkey, Bursa sure that i used. I dont know what to say😞

Apple leather case I am really disappointed regarding the apple leather iphone case .. after few weeks of normal usage .. the case colour turned black at all edges .. called apple support and they mentioned they can do nothing about it .. !

iPhone 12 Leather Case ageing terribly As soon as I got my iPhone 12 at the beginning of the year I got the Apple Brown Leather Case for it, like I had done for my iPhone 8 when I got that 3 years ago. To say that the case is ageing not very nicely is un understatement, it just gets ugly. There's a cheap feeling over this case, it wears very roughly on the edges and the large surfaces don't get a nice patina like the previous cases I acquired in 2018 for both me and my wife. If this is faux leather I wouldn't be surprised. In fact, I would encourage Apple to replace animal skin with something less impactful. But looking at the price I paid though, I would have expected something better.
