Beat solo 3 only works wirelessly when I wrapped it and will disconnect whenever I open it. All Light is working perfectly, blinking white light and red but it will stop blinking and keep that light until I wrapped. Does anyone have the same problem as me?

Install/Update Firmware:
I've not had this issue, but update the firmware. That may be the fix.
