Family purchase sharing not working

Bought an app for the family, but child is being forced to pay for same app. Family purchase sharing is turned on for all children. App: Dr. Panda Big fun pack

They need to go through the Purchase list of whoever made the purchase, not directly form the App Store. Follow the steps in the link provided above. Here it is again: click here-> How to download apps and content that your family members purchased - Apple Support

  1. Dr. Panda Big Fun pack is not an App, it's a bundle that contains 10 different Apps.
  2. How is the child looking for the bundled Apps? They would need to look for each App independently in the purchase list of whoever made the purchase. See here: link-> How to download apps and content that your family members purchased - Apple Support
