Apple One Subscription Choices

Why can't you mix the subscriptions....I don't use Arcade but need Fitness for example. Fitness+ is only available on the most expensive Apple One option.

Apple One Hi all, I have an Apple One subscription. However, I cannot access Apple Fitness plus. It says that I need to renew my subscription.
