The Apple TV box is the same worldwide, except for the plug on the detachable power cable, and localized printed labels and documentation.

The Apple ID account that you use, is localized for your billing address (your ‘home country’), and that determines content in the App Store and iTunes Store, and subscription content.

Switching countries has consequences for your purchases and subscriptions, so be aware of that. Change your Apple ID country or region - Apple Support
