How to delete “On my iPhone” storage

In settings, in iPhone storage it say that “On my iPhone” it taking up 11 gb but I do not know how to get rid of it. I already tried restarting and deleting the “files” app. This is on the original iPhone se.

Odd. Try doing a restore from your backup: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support

Click on the right arrow next to where it says On My iPhone and it will take you to a list of documents.

Deleting the files app won't help. Follow the prompt there to clean up the files you don't need.
