since the new upgrade Face Time screen pauses or shows a triangle images d i can’t see the person.

Wondering what settings you have set-up for using FaceTime.
Eg: if you are using FaceTime via cellular, or not.
You might want to try the alternate setting to see if that helps with smoother reception.
Apple's article:" Make and receive FaceTime calls on iPhone"
says:
You can also make FaceTime calls over a cellular data connection,
which may incur additional charges.
To turn this feature off, go to Settings > Cellular, then turn off FaceTime.
