Hi,How to do i want to know activation unlock for my iphone 11 pro max.i will be second owner ,can't contact this iphone first owner,i think he did lost mode on with his icloud id.how can i do it unlock icloud activation with my icloud id

Only the Apple ID owner can remove iCloud activation lock and Find My’s lost mode. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201365
