Thanks for visiting Apple Support Communities. We understand that the system button on your charging case is not longer working. If it is physically broken and no longer functions, you'll want to have your Beats serviced. To look into your options, start here: Beats Repair and Service


If that's not what's happening let us know more details:


  • You recently reviewed the PowerBeats Pro resource. Is that the model Beats you're using, and if not, which model do you have?
  • What's happening exactly with your Beats? Are they not connecting, charging, or something else?


The more details you can provide the better.
