Can I check my iPhone for malware?

Hey everyone, I was just wondering if there was any way to check my iPhone for malware. The reason I’m asking is, I like to keep my devices in check and just make sure they are all running good. My devise isn’t showing any symptoms but I would just like to check.

You might try Malwarebytes which is a program often recommended on these forums for scanning to detect malware.

I don't know if there is a version of Malwarebytes for the phone as I don't have it on my phone.
