FB messenger video and voice calling are not work in my iPhone 12 dual sim (eSim/Normal sim card), its work only when I was disable one sim (either eSim or normal sim card). Also i contact with my network carriers and still I having the same problem and none of them fix.

None of those are Apple products, contact both sim carrier again to troubleshoot, or ask Facebook or look at their support site.
