FaceTime for IPhone from Dubai

If you can't make a FaceTime call on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

If you take a look at that article, you'll see wording that confirms that the issue is where the device is purchased, not where it is used. If the device is purchased in the UAE, it will not be able to use FaceTime even if you take it to a different region.

If an iPhone is running 13.6 or newer, FaceTime will be available when the country in Settings is one other than the United Arab Emirates. Note that you'll likely be denied warranty service on it.

Are you sure about this? Because a lot of answers and articles claim that with iOS 13.6 or later, international restrictions related to FaceTime are removed and FaceTime is available as soon as travel out of Dubai. Kindly verify!
