My air pod pro charging case won’t charge. I have tested the cable and made sure the problem isn’t with that.
Can you please guide me what I need to do?

I would
test the charger with another device
test with another cable
verify the connector in the case is not full of dirt and lint evt. use a match or
toothpick to clear it out
otherwise I would assume the case or it's connector to be damaged / defect
