delete game data

In that case, in order to create a new account within the game, you would have to be signed in to another Apple ID in Game Center.

How to create a new Apple ID

After you've created the new Apple ID, go to Settings > Game Center and scroll down to tap 'Sign Out'.

Toggle on Game Center to sign in to the new account.

If the game was set to back up the data in iCloud, it should appear in Settings > [Your Name] > iCloud.
