Apple Intelligence is now available on iPhone, iPad, and Mac!
I am trying to download free apps from the app store but it keeps asking me to sign in and authenticate myself. Not sure why it keeps doing a loop back to the login screen. this is really annoying any pointers you have will be greatly appreciate it.

Do you have a valid functioning payment method in your account details?
Unless you have a NONE option in the payment methods, you must have a functioning payment method, even for free apps and redownloading apps.
