I had an Android phone on Verizon. Just got an iPhone SE2 with Xfinity. Setting up the phone, I enter the Phone app, select Voicemail and expect a Set Up Voicemail screen. Instead, I get a Call Voicemail screen. What do I have to do to get the Set Up Voicemail screen?

I took this advice. In-store personnel struggled with the issue, then resorted to contacting Xfinity Support. Apparently they struggled, too, given how long it took to resolve the issue. However, they somehow solved the problem by working in their system. Thanks for the advice!
VoiceMail (Visual or Normal) is a Carrier Specific feature. Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider), the agency that issued the SIM / eSIM to you.
