The easiest test of the microphone is to ask Siri a question. "Hey Siri what time is it?" If you don't get a reply:
Check the mic port on the watch body is not obstructed.

But when I receive a call in the iphone I cannot answer in the Apple Watch;; they dont hear me when I talk in the apple watch
OK, the phone knows you are asking Siri for something which (if you used voice command rather than pressing the Digital Crown) that it was working enough to understand it was a Siri request, but not enough to interpret your question. That suggests the audio might be distorted. Go to the final step and link suggested in my earlier message in this thread.
When I ask Siri The Apple Watch answers : repeat again! Doesn’t hear me. The Mic is not working! :(((
