FinderHelper is using too much energy
recently I have noticed that FinderHelper is using too much energy draining my MB air M1 battery, does someone knows what this is and how to fix it?

The FinderHelper is google product; maybe associated with Google Drive (&/or One Drive.)
And from what little I've learned about it (without download/install/using it) their
product is a big drain on system resources. It may be tracked or noted in Console.
[Can't say I'd recommend using Console or Terminal to remove helter-skelter in OS.]
Perhaps if you can find it running, try to 'force-quit' from Apple icon Menu.
See if startup in Safe mode can dislodge the FinderHelper; enough to send
it packing its little bundle of joy into the Trash.. [Your Mac is M1, see the
various utilities macOS Recovery instructions bring to bear; they all start
with a keyboard shortcut, unlike Intel-based Mac's recovery.]
Not sure how you installed FinderHelper; it didn't do it all by itself. To use
the EtreCheck utility, may be helpful to explore. Also Malwarebytes for Mac
can sometimes be helpful too. (DriveDX has limited use, prior to purchase.)
Google's product probably has an Uninstaller. Or see if 'Go To Folder' from
the Go menu in Finder. May help find Library file; those likely are invisible.
Sometimes I've heard of people using Google Drive instead of iCloud(?)
Google Drive wasn't supported with M1 Apple; without toxic workaround.
[New system re-install may help odd things, if damages occur in attempts to
remove them; be sure to have some good system backups. +Time Machine.]
Good luck & happy computing!🌤🌻🌿🐢
