My ONX app
My Apple recognizes my fingerprint but my OnX gps app will not allow me to access it.

I am not familiar with the OnX app at all, however, whenever I’ve had issues with an app accessing Touch ID, I have addressed it by the following method:
- Open the app and use its internal menu to get to Settings
- Usually under Security/Log in Section you should see something like login with Touch ID.
- Set this option to OFF.
- Close the app
- Open the app and then turn that setting back to ON.
