I am not sure about what exactly went wrong during the data transfer, however, You will need to reset the passcode on the iPhone 13 pro. You will need a computer to complete this task. You can reset your passcode by following the instructions in this article by Apple ➔ How to reset your passcode on a disabled iPhone. All your data on your iPhone will be wiped clean in the process.

Hey Axel,

Yes, I'm going through that process, itunes store doesn't show any activity and the "done" button is highlighted, the phone is still in restore mode.... and as I'm literally typing this it just restarted from the computer restore mode and first activity that popped up is the phone is disabled message. I will have to go to a store as next step I guess.

Thanks for your time!

Yeah it was a bit of a misunderstanding on my part, the process of restoring needed to be restarted to complete the download, I wasn't expecting the response that I received from the phone and iTunes. The customer support chat helped out and I'm back on track with the data transfer. Just need to know that if your phone isn't showing the apple sign with a progress bar, the restore process in iTunes needs to be restarted again.
