Slow read write on Windows 10 Pro Bootcamp

My laptop is Macbook Pro 2019 with Intel Core I9, 32GB RAM, 1TB Apple SSD AP1024. I installed windows 10 pro with boot camp (partition size 600GB). But it's really slow because low disk read write.


Here is performance benchmark in MacOS:


And here is on Windows 10:



The IOPS in windows 10 is 3055, compare with 450.000 in MacOS.


Do you know why this happen and how to fix it.

Please ignore my previous comment, I did wrong test. I just ran benchmark for SSD in MacOS and Window.


Here is result for Windows 10:

For SEQ1M, the result looks fine. But for random 4K block size, Windows is half of MacOS. Please help me, it's causing slowly copying file. Because most of my files in computer is quite small
