this is the second time my phone is completely unresponsive and it's incredibly frustrating. I went to the apple store near me and they didn't know what was going on either. I need my phone to work and I was wondering if anyone knows wha/t /to do.
I’m surprised the store didn’t repair or replace it. If it’s a dead unit that’s your only option. If you can connect it to a PC with iTunes or a macOS device (Mac) and put your device in recovery mode and see if you can update or restore it. If you restore it you will lose all the information unless you have an iCloud backup.
