Can I change the trade in device
I originally chose iPhone 11 Pro to trade in, now I would like to trade in iPhone X. Is that doable? I understand the refund will be different. Thanks!

you should have gotten an email from the partner handling the trade-in. In the US, Phobio is the partner company. Use the info in the email, or start a new trade-in, or check the FAQ's here and a contact option on the left: Trade-In Program Support - Phobio
