Broken Phone

Hello, I have an iPhone XR and it suddenly just started glitching and not working. I am not able to do anything on the phone as it continues to glitch. I have not dropped my phone or gotten water on it or anything to damage it. It just started doing this on its own. Am I able to get a replacement as I did not do anything to the phone.
