Apple TV won’t load or reinstall on my Samsung TV

Apple TV has been somewhat temperamental of late. Difficult to load and accessing content. However I’ve always been able to access it on my Samsung TV.

However, it stopped working today and I can’t access it. Tried to reload it per other community thread instructions but it won’t reinstall either.

All other apps and channels work

Any thoughts welcome.
