Can someone help me to enter a code on My Appel TV when my remote does not work anymore because of the new update

Remote of Apple TV not working. I am not able to enter the code via my remote App. Can someone help me?

Unfortunately, the software remote on iPhone is not compatible with Apple TV (2nd generation). It requires Apple TV (3rd generation or later).

You can purchase a replacement remote. Buy Apple Remote (aluminum) - Apple Store online. Any replacement remote will have to be linked to the box: If your Apple TV remote isn't working - Apple Support
