my phone wont do anything help
it froze trying to trust my computer now it wont let me turn off or nothing , ill click trust and it wont press and also my apple watch wont unlock my phone

Start with a forced reset on your iPhone and Apple Watch. They are both computers and a reboot fixes many things.
iPhone: Short press Volume Up, Volume Down. Then press and hold the side button until the Apple appears.
Watch: Press and hold the Digital Crown and the Side Button (together) until the Apple appears
