Individual vs family apple music accounts
my daughter, husband and I all have separate apple music accounts. how do we combine them into a family plan?

One of you (an adult) will have to become the Family Organizer and invite the other members to join the group according to:
Set up Family Sharing - Apple Support
Then the Family Organizer should get a Family subscription.
Get an Apple Music family subscription - Apple Support
Do not cancel your individual subscriptions beforehand or you will lose your music libraries.
If someone in the family group already has an individual or student subscription to Apple Music, renewal of that subscription is automatically canceled when they join the family group. And the libraries will be retained.
